2. Now register with email id/ phone number or simply click on the Guest option

4. Type Your Name, Mobile Number, Email Id, Product Model Number

Samsung Pick up and drop Service Program

Samsung launched a pick-up and drop service for Galaxy Series smartphones and tablets. Let’s check how it works.

Service Fee: Rs.199/-

1. Pick-up and drop service program (“Program”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Limited (“Samsung”) selects mobile phones and tablets (hereinafter referred to as “devices”) based on its own discretion of in-warranty and out-of-warranty products. Tab and fold series.

Accessories are not included in this program. The device coverage under this program may change from time to time.

2. The program will be valid until further notice from Samsung and will be available in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Hyderabad for municipal boundaries only.

3. Under this Program, the customer (“You” or “you”) may request the pick-up and drop service by choosing either of the following modes:

– Call at our Helpline number 1800 5 SAMSUNG (7267864); or
– Through Live Chat; or
– WhatsApp on 1800 5 SAMSUNG (7267864)

4. When requesting, you need to share your name, mobile number, email id, the address from which the device’s pick-up and drop-off should take place. You must ensure that all details you provide are accurate and that Samsung or its “Authorized Service Center” will not be liable for any incorrect information.

5. After making the request, your nearest authorized service center (s) will contact you to confirm your registered mobile number and after such confirmation will share a payment link via SMS. You will need to pay for the applicable fee (“service fee”). 199 included with tax via this link.

6. Pick up & drop service does not define the warranty service for the device.

7. In-warranty repair shall be carried out subject to warranty validation upon submission of relevant information/documents by customer(s)

8. Charges once paid shall not be refundable. In case, after paying for the pick-up & drop service the customer does not wish to carry out the repair service for any reasons whatsoever, the charges already paid for the pick-up & drop service shall not be refundable.

9. Service is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of call registered.
