Claim Missing Package
Missing or late package claims must be submitted within 30 days. Damaged packages must be reported within 15 days.
In order to complete the claims process, all packaging materials must be kept and remain available for inspection at any time.

You can view the past 60 days’ worth of shipments by logging into your account online. Reports can only be viewed if you have an account. Click on the Reports tab. Enter the parameters for the shipment dates. Filter search results according to your preferences
